    NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS
    Open up your package when you get it, do not wait 2 or 3 months to see if what you received is what you really wanted. 
    No returns after 30 days of invoice date, or 30 dates after first ship date.  This includes slicks too.  Look at them when you receive them for any damage, don't wait 2-3 months. Returns will be store credit only unless the item is defective. Returns which are not defective will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.

    RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
    You must call us and let us know what is going on, do not just send your purchased item back without calling us first. We'll give you a return authorization number. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will reimburse you for it if it was our error.

    ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED PREPAID
    We will not accept any COD's on returned parts.

    Absolutely no returns on electrical, brakes & hangers or used parts.  No cash refunds.  Store credit or exchange only on all items.  No returns after 30 days of invoice date, or 30 dates after first ship date.  No core returns after 30 days. Any and all returns will be charged a minimum of a 20% restocking fee.  All returns need a Return Authorization number and you must include a copy of the sales invoice.  All returns are store credit only.

    WARRANTY BY MANUFACTURER ONLY
    If we did not manufacture it, we do not repair or replace it, the manufacturer does, but we will coordinate it.

    WHAT ALL OF THIS MEANS:

    • If you have purchased an electronic part or any other part you think is not functioning properly, or you hooked it up wrong and as the result does not work, we do not replace them.

    • The manufacturer is responsible for all repairs and replacement of the items, not Cycle Zone Powersports.

    • We can call the manufacturer and explain the situation, but we can not warranty or replace the item, they do.

    • We will fax them and notify them that an item is coming back from you, but we don't, and won't replace the item.

    • We do not "half invoice" any sales orders!

    What if there was a problem with the package when it arrived?

    DAMAGE CLAIMS
    All claims for loss or damage in transit must be made to the carrier at the time of delivery.

    You have to tell the UPS person or other carrier, at the time of delivery, that the item is damaged the same day the item is delivered. You can not wait two or three days to file claim. The insurance on shipped parts is with the carrier, not Cycle Zone Powersports.

    The original box or package must be kept for the carrier to inspect. Don't throw anything away, keep it in the original box, with all of the packing materials. This especially applies to fiberglass bodies.

    What does factory shipped mean?
    Factory shipped products ship directly to you from the manufacturer. Check with your sales rep for estimated delivery time. Because it is a special order, your credit card will be charged at the time of order. There are no cash returns on factory shipped products, only store credit subject to a 20% restocking fee. Defective merchandise will be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or repair if found to be defective. 

    How does Price Match work?
    If within 14 days you find the exact same merchandise advertised at a lower price we will credit you the difference in price up to $25.00 to be used on your next purchase. Items that are excluded in the price match guarantee are ebay or other auction style ads and close out clearance items. Proof of advertisement is required.

    Do you ship COD?
    Sorry, due to previous fraud we cannot sell parts COD. We do accept certified check or money orders. Just select the parts you would like to purchase and then print your shopping cart. Mail the print out, payment and ALL of your contact information in to us. You should see the parts within 7 – 10 business days of the time we receive the payment.

    I do not want anybody to get my credit card info, is it safe to order online through your site?
    All transactions on our website are protected with industry standard SSL technology to keep your information safe. We do NOT keep your credit card number in our web database. This is to prevent unauthorized use. The system is safer than making a transaction by phone. We authorize all credit card purchases with an address verification system. This means your billing address must be the same as the address to which the credit card statement is sent. We will ship to an alternate shipping address, but the billing address must be verifiable.     Can I expedite my order?
    Yes, we offer expedited shipping services. Several options are built right into the checkout process - choose the one that's right for your order.

     

    How long will it take to get my order?
    Typically, ground service orders take 7-10 business days to get to you. We order most parts directly from the manufacturers. Stocking more parts would mean higher prices due to warehousing costs. We feel that our customers benefit from our ordering efficiency, and will wait a few days in order to save some serious cash.

    What is an order cancellation fee?
    Due to our manufacturers tightening up their policies we now implement at least a 20% cancellation fee on orders which have been placed and are in the process of being filled. Some items are custom made to order and the manufacturers will not allow us to cancel the order once they have started to produce the item.
